Fighting is continuing in the Philippine city of Marawi, with Philippine Air Force planes supporting their ground troops by bombing ISIS-backed Islamists.
The siege of the southern city, now entering its fourth week, has left much of the city in ruins and displaced more than 200,000 residents.
Suspicions are growing that this is yet another example of ISIS being used by the American ‘Deep State’ to further their global aims.
It is certainly convenient timing for them that ISIS launched such a massive attack not long after President Duterte announced that he wanted to get U.S. troops out of the country. All of a sudden pro-American elements within the Philippines have ammunition to argue that their President is wrong – and a ‘reason’ for a coup.
Let us hope and pray that any such typically CIA-inspired treachery will be dealt with as ruthlessly and effectively as in Duterte’s war on drugs!
