With Dunkirk hitting cinema screens this week, Peaky Blinders fans will get a chance to see two of their favourite actors again on the big screen, Cillian Murphy (Tommy Shelby) and Tom Hardy (Alfie Solomons).
Murphy has said that Season 4 of the hit show will be a return to the show’s roots. “In the classic gangster arc, the last season was sort of all about the wealth, the house and all that material stuff. This season is sort of a return to the roots. That’s about as much as I can reveal.”
“I think Season 4 will be the best it has been. I’m very excited about it, we just wrapped last week and i think people will be in for a lot of surprises.”
Here’s a bonus: A very interesting discussion about the real Peaky Blinders and the history of Birmingham at the time… including the role of boxing in stopping violent mayhem.
